Freedom of Speech
> As a blogger I feel freedom is very important. It means that I can write about my opinions, my views on the world, and the things I love on my blog, without being harassed by anyone.
Although I feel that freedom of speech is important, I understand that I have to be careful when I am writing about certain topics, so as not to offend or hurt anyone’s feelings. I will take advantage of freedom of speech in my blog by writing about my passions, ideas and feelings, and I will make sure to consider all of my potential reader’s opinions and try to look at the topic through their eyes.
Freedom of press is also very important. In fact, it is important to the whole world. As we saw in Egypt, the press can really help fuel things like revolutions. Al Jazeera’s coverage exposed many of the former president’s activities to the general public and garnered support for the revolution. Freedom of press insures that no politician etc.’s activities remain hidden from the world. It means that information is available to all, or at least all who can afford it. Freedom of expression is seen throughout the world, in theatres, museums, and even just out on the streets. Freedom of expression is very important to artists, dancers, and writers because there job is all about expressing their feelings. I also feel that freedom of expression is important, especially as a blogger, because it means that I can freely express myself in my blog. Here is an example of freedom of expression.
